huang 8154a61453 fix: 移除 standaloneListColumns 中已废弃的分佣字段 ...

迁移 000116 已从 tb_iot_card 删除 first_commission_paid 和 accumulated_recharge
两列，但 standaloneListColumns 未同步清理，导致 SELECT 查询报列不存在错误。
